The Big Task
The Warehouse Assistant is the operational backbone of our shop. You keep the inventory organized, the trucks stocked, the facility running clean and efficiently, and our field technicians equipped to do their best work every day. This is a role that requires you to take ownership, think ahead, and work without needing to be told what to do next.
This is not a passive role. The right person for this job sees what needs to be done and does it — they build systems, maintain standards, and take pride in the order and function of everything under their responsibility.

- Maintain the yard: mowing, snow removal, ice management, and keeping the exterior presentable
- Manage scrap metal — keep sorted, break down to maximize value, and deliver to the scrap or coordinate pick-up.
- Report any facility maintenance needs promptly and follow through on resolution
Fleet & Tool Coordination
- Fleet oversight — timely vehicle inspections, fuel level checks, fuel log maintenance, truck cab and bed cleaning, tire disposal coordination
- Coordinate truck maintenance scheduling with technicians and vendors to keep all vehicles in service-ready condition
- Tool management — verify tools are checked in and out, coordinate or perform tool repairs, and maintain an organized tool room
